TTC strength & powerlifting Brisbane is a strength based facility open to everyone from the absolute beginner to the elite strength competitor. We are passionate about getting you stronger and providing a positive and encouraging environment.
Each member is treated like an individual and is given programming, nutrition and support specific to them, no cookie cutter programs or one size fits all print outs. Our facility always has a full time coach supervising all members to ensure correct technique and safety.
